„Carols – priceless treasure of the Church and of our people”
The text represents the pastoral letter on Nativity to the faithful of Sălaj Diocese. Carols are a price- less treasure of the Church and of our people, including many teachings of faith and capturing all aspects of the Nativity of Baby Jesus. Besides the description of the events that occurred at the birth of Baby Jesus, carols profess the strong faith of the people in our Lord Jesus Christ, a fact attested through numerous examples of Romanian carols.
