Semicentenary of Metropolitan Nicolae Colan’s moving to eternal life
The present article is a short evocation of Metropolitan Nicolae Colan. For a long time, he was the archbishop of the most important urban center in Transylvania: Cluj-Napoca. And he was a worthy shepherd. A city of the cultural importance of Cluj needed a bishop of the same level. And he was, at the measure of his vast cultural education.
