A unique book: Anthim. Logos and personality by Eugen Negrici
This article makes an analysis of Eugen Negrici’s book, “Antim. Logos and personality”. The book is “an exhaustive and in-depth analysis of the word in the anti-Semitic writings, very useful to theologians and philologists.” With an abundance of artistic modalities, Anthim the Iberian conferred to his sermons, infused with the contrast between Christian ideality and historical reality, an effervescent vibration felt in every word. Which is why Eugen Negrici sees Antim as the initiator of the sacred eloquence in Romanian culture and spirituality.
