Former Deacons of the Cathedral of Cluj-Napoca (II)
In the second part of this article regarding the former deacons of our Cathedral in Cluj-Napoca, I propose to you the portrait and the work of another deacon among those who served with dedication and worthiness. It is about Father Vasile Raus, who served as deacon for more than 16 years, and who was a cleric for almost 50 years. He is the founder of the largest church in Mănăș¬tur district of Cluj. The construction works lasted almost 30 years, because the parish church is in fact a monumental cathedral, the largest and most impressive in the entire diocese of Vad, Feleac and Cluj.
