Father Dumitru Stăniloae, the love of God and of His creation
The present article evokes a meeting with Father Dumitru Stăniloae, in the
context of doctoral research, regarding the antiquity and richness of the
Romanian vocabulary as a result of a traditional Christian culture. Some of the
ideas highlighted and shared in that meeting by Father Stăniloae can be found
in the volume Dumitru Stăniloae or the paradox of Theology, coordinated by
Teodor Baconschi and Bogdan Tătaru-Cazaban, respectively in the article “The
Genius of Orthodoxy”, signed by Olivier Clement.
