The events of the 1st of December 1919, from Alba-Iulia, have triggered, in the entire Transylvania, a wave of enthusiasm which has been blazing the path for the new oficial institutions that we needed. After the Romanian University was founded in Cluj, the National Opera House and the National Theater were to follow, missions fallen on Tiberiu Brediceanu, Department Head at Resortul de Instrucţie, maybe the man most suited to accomplish the desideratum of the Romanian musical affirmation.
