Some aspects about the Whirling Dervishes and the Eastern mystic poets: Ahmet Yesevi, Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi and Yunus Emre
Although, in this context, Muslim theologians are facing a serious misunderstanding of Islamic teaching from some followers, oriental culture retains several reference names registered by literary critics in universal literature, such as: Ahmet Yesevi (1093-1166), Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi (1207-1273) and Yunus Emre (1238-1320). In this essay we tried to briefl y present some aspects of their poetic work as testimony to their creative gift.
