In the study The printings of the Romanian Orthodox Diocesan Center of Cluj (Cluj-Napoca), 1919- 1989, the author presents the publishing work of the Diocesan Center of Cluj over 7 years, since the Printing House was founded, until December 1989. Among these printings we mention: diocesan documents, Renașterea newspaper, diocesan calendars, Clujul Românesc (Romanian Cluj) and Legea Răsăriteană (Eastern Law), the family journal Viaţa lustrată (Illustrated Life), promotional periodicals Cărţile vieţii (Books of Life) and Veniţi de luaţi lumină (Come and take the light), other books and brochures, works of the professors of the old Orthodox Theological Institute of Cluj (1942-1952), local printings during the communist period (books and catechisms, prayer books, pastoral letters of the hierarchs etc.); all these printings had a significant contribution to the preservation of the orthodox faith and to the cultural progress of the Romanians.
